At Dale, you’ll always know the status of your cases. Each morning by 6 a.m., you’ll receive your choice of email or fax updating you on the cases that will be arriving at your lab that day, the carrier used, and even a hyperlink that takes you to real-time tracking information. Later in the day you’ll get a second notification to confirm the cases we’ve received from you that day, as well as the due date they will be arriving in your lab.
